Business Process Management (BPM) is your enterprise’s nervous system.

Every organisation needs BPM software to support its business needs today, tomorrow, and the future.

Define and Build your Business DNA!

ebSixOne™ is a BPM system based on Six Enterprise-wide Core functions.

  • e = Entire business)

  • One = Single Page – one page

It’s a BPM system that adopts the DNA-like structure of six elements based on a Hexagon with six corners.

3.+ Stakeholder  (SME)

4.+ Business Process

5.+ Process Activity

6.+ Artifacts Architect

  •

The innovative BPM builds your business DNA  embedded in the system and provides standardisation.

Simplicity is the ultimate sophistication! Leonardo di Vinci

Most organisations require an integrated Business Process Management (BPM) system. Almost all available BPM systems do not capture the organisational “Value Chains,” representing the business “DNA,” and help organisations improve efficiency, knowledge, and productivity.

Everything you do is a process!

So, whether your company grows wheat, makes corrosions and doughnuts, bakes pizzas, manufactures automobiles, chemicals, consumable products, or medicine, drills for oil, executes financial transactions of pennies or millions, or builds jet planes. Business Process Management (BPM) is the heartbeat of every organisation; it is not an option but a necessity.

Every organisation beginning a process improvement initiative requires BPM software as a crucial starting point, similar to a flight plan.

For decades, I pursued a way to build on the rules of nature, science, and logic and create a business process management (BPM) design that was unique to each business.

A Business Process Management (BPM) design would solve most business issues in any industry. Whether it is business process management BPM), documentation, in-house knowledge, or standardisation, these problems plague businesses worldwide.

  • Think of it this way. Just like DNA uses the same six elements, including two strands and four building blocks, to create millions of unique biological species, the perfect BPM system design, based on six factors, could meet the needs of every business.
  • An innovative business process design (BPM) was built with a database structure based on a honeycomb design. Honeycombs are among the most stable and robust structures in nature, able to create unique systems adapted to their environment.
  • A database comprises a series of six-sided hexagonal interlocking cells. It creates the six corners of that hexagon: input, process, output, control, feedback, and restrictions. Combining these elements gives us a systematic thinking approach that allows organisations to address the most prominent issues plaguing their company. It is an Earth-like catalogue built with a GPS paradigm!
  • A database based on the HEXAGONIAN principles of six corners provides consistency to six elements of every aspect of your organisational functions (Six Value Chains, Business Processes, and Activities).
  • The six corners of that hexagon are input, process, output, control, feedback, and restrictions. Combining these elements gives us a systematic thinking approach that allows organisations to tackle the most prominent issues plaguing their company.
  • Adopting the systematic thinking approach streamlines document management, allowing for effective building, managing, and optimising business processes. This results in applied controls and achieving business integration (even with Robotics and Blockchain) and efficiencies that help increase in-house knowledge and productivity.
